3. 3. Creating a new medical card and choosing one for existing patients.

To create a new medical card, you have to click the “medical card” button and then click the “Create New” button. The following window will appear on the screen.

Enter the last name, first name and middle name and date of birth of the patient and click on the “Create medical card” button. You can switch between the fields by clicking on them.

All fields must be filled out.

Next you need to pick the medical card by clicking the left button of the mouse on last name, first name, paternal name of the patient. The selected patient will appear in the window under “Patient”.

After selecting a patient and clicking on the exit button, the patient’s last name, first name and middle name will apply to the header of the main window, that allowing you to see who you are performing the diagnostics on. That is shown below:

To delete the information about a certain visit from the medical card, you have to select the date of that visit from the list named “Date” and click on “delete date”. A window will appear on the screen asking you if you are sure that you want to delete the date:

After selecting “YES” the date will be deleted from the list, selecting “NO” will cancel that request.

To delete a certain medical card you have to select it from the list and click on “Delete medical card”. A window will appear on the screen asking you if you are sure that you want to delete the medical card:

After selecting “YES” the medical card will be deleted from the list, selecting “NO” will cancel that request.
